Kamal Mammadzada is the Managing Partner in De Novo. His main areas of practice include corporate law, banking & finance, and securities. Kamal also provides to clients advise on corporate governance, transaction structuring, foreign investments, banking regulation and financing.
Prior to founding De Novo, Kamal was the Partner with the Baku office of an international law firm and before that served as the Head of the Legal Department in the Strategic Business Development Office of the leading local group of companies.
