Parviz Mammadov is the Partner in De Novo. His main areas of practice include advise on finance and investment, corporate structuring and reorganisation, tax planning, as well as advising on asset, wealth and private client portfolio management. Parviz also has extensive experience in the fields of company and property valuation, establishment of new / joint ventures, debt refinancing and financial modelling.

Prior to joining De Novo, Parviz spent several years within the Baku office of Deloitte & Touche and with Azerfon. His most recent experience is with one of major local holdings, where Parviz served as CFO / Financial Advisor. Parviz’ experience includes managing real estate projects in a number of European jurisdictions.

Parviz also successfully completed ACCA F Level exams.
